• If you wish to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, we may make an exception in certain cases, provided that:

  1. Additional shipping fees will apply to collect the item.

  2. The item must be in its original condition and unused.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of pickup, via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, after a quality check by our team.
